You can relax knowing your car is in safe hands – you also get to keep your keys, so you can be assured no one will be moving your car about while you are away.

Disabled parking bays are provided very close to the customer lounge.  However, if you or any person you are travelling with has specific mobility requirements or requires total mobility transport, please advise us at least 5 days in advance so we can ensure that your trip is as comfortable and trouble free as possible.

There is no need to pre-book your parking space – just drive on in! With over 500 car spaces, we can guarantee you a park and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our free 24 hour shuttle will take you to and from the terminals. You won’t have to wait long to get to the terminal buildings or back to the car park as our shuttles run every 15 minutes. We have easy to find shuttle pick-up and drop-off points at the domestic and international terminal buildings and new technology provides up-to-the-minute shuttle arrival times.  The shuttle is an environmentally and child friendly vehicle, is easy to spot in orange and black, and there is plenty of space for all your luggage.

Autopay machines are located within the customer lounge in the Park & Ride car park, so you can pay on your return to your car. You can pay by cash or credit card at the autopay machines. Our parking staff located in the customer lounge will also be on hand for Eftpos and credit card payments.

Smartpay automatic credit card payment is available on entry and exit to Park & Ride.  This is where you can enter and exit using your credit card – no ticket needed!  Simply insert your credit card into the ticket machine at the entry barrier arm (do not take a ticket), then park your vehicle.  Upon return from your travels, insert the same credit card into the ticket machine at the exit barrier and your credit card will be automatically debited the appropriate charges for the time parked.  A receipt will be printed on exit.
